Radiometrics Ludlum 19uR Radiation Detector

#102250

The Ludlum Model 19 Micro R survey meter is useful for low level gamma survey at the micro R level. The detector is an internal 1" X 1" sodium iodide (NaI)Tl scintillator. No external detector is required. Splash proof shields are included for outdoor use. Sensitivity is typically 175 cpm/microR/hr based on 137Cs gamma. This meter over responds to scatter and low energy gamma which makes it more sensitive than any survey meter available. Range selections include 0 - 25, 0 -50, 0 - 250, 0 - 500, 0 - 5000 microR/hr.
